Add side-by-side snapshot docs
This is my first attempt at a doc change and I'm not sure I created the pull request correctly.

The snapshot utility module has a new button for toggling a side-by-side view. This PR attempts to document it.

Seems mostly fine to me, however, the icon needs to be larger, the idea being that it's better to have a large screenshot and downscale it rather than vice versa.. When producing screenshots before I've had to alter the DPI and/or font size settings in preferences>general to get a more legible icon. See existing examples in the manual for a suggested size.
Long term it would be nice to find some way to auto-generate a set of icons with the correct theme, from the darktable codebase, but that's probably not a trivial thing to do.
I captured a new icon, although I found that changing the DPI and font size did not seem to have much impact on this icon, and I ended up fiddling with screen resolution.
