FR: export to HDR PNG and/or UltraHDR JPEG

the new spec of PNG and ultra hdr JPEG output would also be usefull.

HDR PNG export should just work already.

UltraHDR not yet, see also https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable/issues/17399
