We likely need more information. Can you post the log file and the output from darktable-cltest?

Although Windows backtraces have very little info, It looks like a problem with either library.db or the image cache.

Please try running darktable from a commandline window (or make a copy of the desktop shortcut and edit its properties), adding

--cachedir {path_to_some_empty_directory}

to the commandline, and check whether darktable is able to start. If that fails, then try adding

--library :memory:

which will create a fresh, temporary in-memory catalog.
