Collections tag view does not refresh when tags updated

Describe the bug

When tags are updated, the collections tag view is not refreshed automatically. User needs to switch away, and back, for tags to be updated.

Steps to reproduce

1. Tag an image.
2. View tags in collections.
3. Change tag.
4. Collections tag view is not refreshed.

Expected behavior

darktable should refresh automatically.

Cannot reproduce on current master with the described steps. The collection view is updated immediately when I save an updated tag.
