Moving a Circle/Ellipse mask turns on continuous-creation mode
Describe the bug
When trying to move an elipse / circle drawn mask (by moving the mouse inside the circle until the circle outline gets brighter, Left-Hold and move mouse, Left release at new position), the circle is moved to the new position, thats ok.
But a copy of the circle stays attached to the mouse cursor afterwards, and every click (to move the circle to another position) creates a new copy of the circle at the new click location.
So when trying to move a circle to a new location, the pre-4.8 user creates many copies of the same circle. It is also unclear how to end / deactivate the sticking circle.
I was able to release the sticky circle from the mouse via the "show and edit mask elements" buttom (mouse symbol next to the mask creation tools for circle, elipse, path, brush). But that is hard to do when trying to position a circle exactly.
