Print: DT only scans for printers at startup

Describe the bug

DT only scans for printers at startup. When DT is open and I want to print, I turn on my printer and I have to restart DT before I am able to print.

Steps to reproduce

Turn printer off start DT start printer go to print module note that printer is not there

Expected behavior

DT should scan for printers... at least when it enters the print module but better every so often to see if you enabled a printer.
