add in windows build scripts

I'm not sure if it makes sense to remove the description from Build.md In my opinion it's worth to have all infos in one file to understand what's necessary to build (w/wo ninja) and install stuff instead of just pointing to a shell script.

referencing the files because it's possible that the build process changes further (i.e. I actually can't seem to get Ninja working so I've reverted that) and this enforces that the documentation matches a working build process.

I'll look at this in the next couple of days if I can make time. I was flirting with the idea of extending the build.sh script and adding win compatibility, but I haven't managed to find time to do it.
