First iteration of some unit tests

This PR aims to start adding some unit tests to darkfi's code base. In the current iteration, it's just a first proposal to sense if the team is good with this type of unit tests, adjust style and philosophy.

As such it is not meant to be merged (yet), but to get a first feedback response.
