Add AccuWeather as a weather source

AccuWeather is the most accurate weather source for my area so it would be nice to see it implemented.

@Leonavichus is this issue open for working upon? I was thinking of creating an abstraction layer (Base weather API class) that contributors can extend to implement other weather data sources like (AccuWeather, WeatherApi, etc. or maybe even self hosted apis)

@shatanikmahanty, Yes, it is open. I haven't started working on it yet.

I will analyse the code and will try to create PRs for this. It may take more than a week. Let's see how it turns out!
