Some config options are deprecated/removed on 8.5

It looks like Sentry 8.5+ requires a config.yml with a secret key and some of the settings in sentry.conf.py are deprecated and should be moved to the config.

I'm happy to make a PR if you want this repo to support Sentry 8.5+

I've made https://github.com/Sumukh/dokku-sentry - I'm happy to merge that into this repo (and open a PR) but it's a pretty substantial change.

@Sumukh thanks, I'll be happy to accept PR and I am aware it has substantial changes, which is why I haven't done it yet by myself. But I would be happy to update my current version. Did you made your repo from scratch or forked/cloned mine?

@darklow are you planning on maintaining this repository? I've just set up a new repository, partly inspired by @Sumukh's PR. Mine uses the official Dockerfile from the sentry/onpremise repository for deployment to Dokku.
