[Suggestion] OP Attribute Shift

I have an idea of adding an op version of Attribute Shift which will alow its user to switch between agi str and int only using two abilities. The first one will based on Atribute Shift and the second one will be based on Ebb and flow which will determine which atribute will be changed. (Of course this ability will be modified to not change its type after using attribute Shift. Only casting Ebb and flow will change its type). I have created it and it works fine only thing remains is that i will rename the modifiers and add change its description so that it will be bound only to Attribute Shift and not to imba kunkka abilities.
