Broken cooldown reduction interaction

Bad Juju, Octarine Core and Flesh Heap Cooldown Reduction interact strangely, I got negative cooldowns on my spell.

I don't know if Bad Juju Redux fixes this, I haven't tried.

Is having negative cooldowns a problem? Flesh heap cdr combined with anything could get there
