Extension ExtraMetadataLoader

Describe the solution you'd like Allow the drop shadow applied to the logos to be customized. Including color, radius, direction, offset and enabling/disabling it.

Same as in https://github.com/darklinkpower/PlayniteExtensionsCollection/issues/60, partially done in a commit I can't upload. I added options for enabling and configuring blur radius, shadow depth, shadow direction and opacity. I'll take a look later for how to add a color picker in the future.
