Splash Screen and the transition between Playnite and Emulator

Am I the only one who is bothered by the transition between Playnite and Emulator? That moment when you run the game from Playnite and the emulator GUI opens is quite jarring and changes the experience completely, I wonder if we can manually add time duration in Splash Screen to make the transitions more pleasant to the eye, I have only seen this issue in Playnite with standalone emulators, since as I mentioned, the GUI is shown for a few seconds before the game actually starts, which does not happen with PC games or even Retroarch.
