Bug Description

I have recently been discovering that Game Media Tools is tagging games as not having my desired icon resolution even when they do. It's not happening with every game, but enough that I felt the need to report it. I am including the contents of the Metadata folder of one game which was incorrectly tagged as not having an icon resolution of 256x256 in hopes that it may shed some light on the issue. Dragon's Dogma II - incorrectly reportinig icon as not being 256x256.zip

To Reproduce

Unfortunately, I have not yet figured out how to reproduce the issue, but I can send other false flag files I encounter if that would help.
