[Installation Status Updater] Doesn't work for Windows Store games?

Bug Description

I had the Xbox Play Anywhere version of Doom installed on my PC. I installed Playnite and synced my libraries. I uninstalled Doom. I saw that Playnite still listed it as installed. I installed Installation Status Updater. I go to Extensions → Installation Status Updater → Check installation status of all games. I see the "Done" message, including "Previously installed games were set as uninstalled: 0". Doom is still listed as installed.
