[Installation Status Updater] Not catching uninstalled games

Bug Description

Running the Installation Status Updater v2.38 fails to correctly detect that any Steam games are uninstalled/removed. A couple of examples of uninstalled games are Anno Mutationem Demo and Battletech. Manually deleting the latter had no effect on the results reported from the updater.

Haven't tried with other launchers (e.g., Battle.net, Epic.)
