[SplashScreen] Changing the size of the splash screen

Feature Description
It would be nice to be able to size down the splash screen from being a fullscreen one to certain size (like modern games have these small boxes, like assassin's creed).
Not sure if this would help anyone else, but personally my background images are wide and not 1080p-4k so they look ugly when spread through the whole monitor/TV. Also it's kinda distracting to be having a fullscreen image that hides taskbar etc.
I'd personally love this to be an option. Maybe implemented at the same time with the zoom in request (if that is possible), so it'd be basically the same thing. Have a certain size first & then decide if you want some kind of animation to be played.
I'll put a picture down/up here, to show the ACO splash screen example how it's stretched and how the smaller splash screen would look.
