[PlayState] Ability to resume games if more than one games are suspended

Feature Description

In fullscreen mode, when I have two games “running” (one running, one suspended), I’m not able to resume the first I suspended unless I close the second one.

It would be great if it was possible to select which one I want to resume, instead of resuming always the last one suspended.
