[Extra Metadata Loader] Settings for overwrite and autodownload

Feature Description

It would be nice, if there were selectable settings to "always overwrite" / "never overwrite" and "always auto-download" / "never auto-download". In my specific use case, I like to select logos manually, and when running the appropriate function, I always have to answer both questions before searching for the logo.
