Bug Description

the [EMT] Logo Missing tag is not being removed from games when a logo is automatically added from the Steam or SteamGridDB sources.

To Reproduce

1. Locate a game that has a logo provided by the Steam or SteamGridDB source.
2. Remove its current logo and add the [EMT] Logo Missing tag.
3. Right-click the game and choose Extra Metadata > Logos > Download logos from [Steam/SteamGridDB] For Selected Games
4. Choose either option for overloading existing logos
5. Choose Yes for automatically selecting and adding the logo.

Expected result: Logo is downloaded and tag is removed. Actual result: Logo is downloaded but tag remains.
