Details View: Independent background - Always stays on top, scrollbar only for info and extensions panels.

Feature Description

Would be possible to have the background section independent of the info + extensions panel? that way the background stays always visible regardless of the size of the information + extensions sections which can get huge while using many addons at 1080p. I know this is not how Steam does it and would go against the faithfulness of the design but i think is a visual improvement for the theme's usage. I tried to find a way of doing it for a personal use without success, my understanding of how themes work is poor. Added crude screenshot to aid the explanation. Thanks for keeping the theme alive, it rocks!.
