Notification visual improvements

Feature Description

• The notifications, when mouse hovering, have a nuclear bright teal color that makes the white text hard to read. Maybe switch the text to black when this color is used as background?
• The notification close button has some pixels of teal to the right of the gray close (x) button. This doesn't look intentional.
