Make the size of fizzbuzz/fizzboom configurable

Change the request to /fizzbuzz/:<count:int>, then use that as the parameter to fizzbuzzes.

Happy to do this in parts: make the requests use /fizzbuzz/100 first and then change the implementations piecemeal
