Upgrade Python scripts to Python 3

Python 2 is pretty obsolete nowadays, and now that we dropped Construct 2 as a dependency it shouldn't be hard to port. We should recommend pillow instead of PIL in the README.

We might just support /both/ Python 2 & 3. That way we can use PyPy2 or CPython 3.
