Implement Traits
Traits are similar to perks (and will probably be similar in implementation, see #107 for perks), except that they're created (and permanent) at character creation, and have interesting affects on the character or game. Bloody Mess, for instance, makes the game more gorey, while Gifted exchanges -10 to all skill starting values and -5 less skill points per level, for the bonus of having +1 to all stats.
While traits are less numerous, they are still far-reaching and behave similar to perks.
