Can some one write a regex to grab the port number from ` Listen: "[::]:42651"`

I don't think you want to do hostname. changed I profile. to many services depend on it. hostnames shouldn't be changed randomly either. in a config screnario it should suggest...

there is no ipfs gui outside of the api that is accessable by localhost. but I guess if we're behind a password wall we could bring it into the ui

I know its not a popular opinion but personally I'm not a fan of running a separate service as a web socket. You are basically running a SECOND web server...
