[Feature Request] Download progress updates

The ability to grab the download progress from the torrent client (or sonarr/radarr which I think you already do for completion updates) and allow the requesters to see it. This is something I know a lot of people want.

I have a couple of concept ideas:

1. A dedicated text channel where the bot updates a message with something like this:

Progress of Movies:

Movie Title 1 - 59%
Movie Title 2 - 24%
etc...
- Updated at x:xx PM CST - 

Progress of TV Series:

TV Series - Season 1 - Episode 1 - 5%
TV Series - Season 2 - Episode 2 - 5%
etc...
- Updated at x:xx PM CST - 

2. This would be more simple, but not as cool. Customizable incremental updates. Say I have it set so every 25% it sends an update.

"Movie Title goes here is currently 25% done." "Movie Title goes here is currently 50% done." etc...
