[Feature Request] Variable chat integration

I saw a request for telegram, and I thought it would be awesome to expand on that a bit, and have functionality for other chat programs as well, such as Skype or Slack. I would imagine that the program becomes agnostic to the chat program used, allowing the user to use any program they like, and just have to plug in certain variables. The one that I am particularly interested in is Skype. Thanks for the work that you have already done. Its utterly transformed my Arr experience!
