[Feature Request] Discord bot option for language selection

Hi ! As it is possible to select a default language profile when setting up the connection to sonarr/radarr via the UI, it would be great to be able to specify another language profile on the go with the discord command. This way it would be way easier for users to add a series that only exists in a certain language for example.
