Ability to enable or disable commands

Pardon me if this has been suggested in a different issue did a couple of keyword searches didn't find anything.

But basically, I'm suggesting an option to enable/disable commands. I've been using Requestrr for a little over a year now but I've never used the TMDb/TVDb IDs. Disabling those for me would help declutter and leave me with the only 2 options that I really need. So an option to disable would be really great. Thanks for such a good app.

All commands are optional if you're not using Ombi on the latest build.
