[Feature Request]: Ability to limit request quota per user

As the title states. If possible I wish to have an option to limit the request quota per category per user.

Usecase: There are users that request a lot, and I've had to take tv shows offline from the bot because of that. Being able to set a limit gives me the possibility to be fair to all of my users.

At this moment in time, there are no plans to turn Requestrr into a request management tool.

However you can integrate Requestrr with a management tool like Overseerr, which will allow you to set quotas, permissions and everything!

Those permissions and quotas will be respected when the users make requests via Requestrr on Discord,
