Bot doesn't find TV show or movie for users

I recently updated to 1.0.25 and as the server admin I can use the bot fine. However other members of the server can start to request items but after they enter the search term and hit send it gets stuck on 'sending...'. Any ideas why they can't send to the bot? I've followed the recent setup guide and given users on the server relevant permissions.

You can check the logs to see if there's any errors whenever they make their requests, with the logs we should be able to know whats going on

Thanks. I'm using a seedbox with limited access so I've asked if I can view this as I was not able to before.
