wasm_bindgen JsValue has serde support. You could also use `serde-wasm-bindgen` (which may be preferred in some cases).

Sounds like you should make an issue to https://github.com/alexcrichton/gcc-rs regarding this. Maybe have an option builtin to use clang forcefully instead.
