\picture width is pixels, documentation says percentage

\picture<width=50>{x.png}{x}. The HTML created by lambcmd contains the number specified for width as is, and presumably interpreted as pixels, whereas the documentation says it is a percentage. Using an explicit percentage such as \picture<width=50%>{x}{x} is rejected.

The documentation is correct, but the code may not be... :-) I'll have to check this.
