Updated to NHibernate 4.0.3.4000 and removed strong naming, not sure if ......it is still needed? and .net 4.5

Validator should be updated and built for NH 4.0. ps: this issue is a clone of jira issue NHV-125
The commits should be quite self-explanatory. VS 2010 and a fairly recent version of NuGet is required to make it work.
