Update facets v0.5.14 to v0.6.1

Solid work here. Having VCF output puts this well ahead of other FACETS wrappers I've seen. cnv_facets currently uses FACETS v0.5.14. Do you have plans to update this? Here is a list of changes since v0.5.14. Let me know if you need an overview of major changes.

The FACETS authors historically kept versioning in their DESCRIPTION file, without tagging the releases on GitHub. I just tagged v0.6.0 and v0.6.1 on their GitHub repo so you can use them in your dependencies, and I can cite them in workflow definitions or Dockerfiles.

Hi- Thanks for your interest! I'll look into upgrading facets to v0.6.1 although I don't think the core CNV detection has changed since 0.5.14.
