Duplicate input boolean and input select being created

Any idea why its creating duplicate input helpers? im currently at 92 total and deleting it one by one is a pain.

I also have this issue. I had 563 input booleans created before I removed this hacs extension. Related: does anyone know how to mass-delete a bunch of input helpers?
