I have quite a few ac3 audio files. I need to delay them by the same time value. How can I do it at once?

Nothing happens when trying to cut or delay a DTS or AC3 file

When pressing Process button, Quit and Process buttons get grayed but nothing happens, no cpu or disk activity, progress bar doesn't move, output file is created but is 0 byte....
