I think this is a bit too specific to RPM distros. Also, wouldn't it make an alert too if I booted an older kernel on purpose?

So SharkLinux identifies itself as Ubuntu. I'm not sure if we should add a separate detection then.
As a comparison Mint identifies itself as "Linux Mint" despite being almost exactly the same distro: 
Screenfetch already works on Windows through Msys2 and Cygwin. Unless of course ReactOS has a native Unix shell, which I doubt.
Now that you mention it, I have the same issue. I'll take a look at it and if I can't fix it, I'll remove the temperature stuff.
Can you make a PR or provide the exact command to count packages in `/usr/local/Cellar/`?

It looks like you're using a distro called "Pop! OS" which the script doesn't recognize. Unfortunately it also didn't fall back to recognize it as an Ubuntu variant. Can you...
