Merge maps case insensitively

Sorry if this is an obvious question: I'd like to merge two maps and treat map keys case insensitively and recursively, i.e. target map keys should be matched if source map keys match strings.EqualFold. It seems Transformers don't allow that. Is there any way of doing so?
