use OCIO config name as name in interface

Hello,

First off, thanks for this nice image viewer. It looks great!

When loading an OCIO config, the name of the config that appears in the UI is based on the folder that it is inside. Could this be driven by the config "name:" tag instead? You could also attempt to read the name from the config, and fall back to the parent folder name if the name: tag doesn't exist.

I second that request. We are using a custom OCIO configuration for each of our projects but they are always saved in the same sub folder of each project. This means that we can only distinguish them in DJV using the tooltip that pops up.

Maybe the folder name could still be used for the included configs? nuke-default or spi-vfx are probably the names that people identify them with.
