Pausing is inaccurate at high framerate without Play Every Frame

It can be really useful to speed through a video while intently watching, and then pause right when something of interest happens. When I do this with high framerate (240 FPS -- 8x), shortly after, it will jump several frames which can make it difficult to take advantage of the feature for some tasks. Turning on "Play Every Frame" fixes this but then I cannot go as fast.

Hi, I've also seen this and will try and get it fixed for the next version.
