Request: Scrub Playhead with Scroll Wheel (instead of Zooming)

It would be useful to be able to scrub the playhead with scroll wheel, for those like me, who would prefer that.

Also worth pointing out, that I think the normal playback should stop, once scrubbing's been initiated. I've seen this scrubbing behavior interfere with playback rather than stop it, in other apps. Thus causing a stuttering effect, which is highly undesirable. So if you think this function is worth implementing, please let scrubbing take over and normal playback stop.

Hi, sorry it's not documented but if you press the "Ctrl" key while using the mouse wheel it will scrub frames instead of zooming. Having said that it would be good to add a setting so you could remap it to work without the "Ctrl" key.

I can also add a setting for whether playback is stopped when scrubbing, since some people like the playback to continue.
