Rich marker or marker with custom template and styling

Hi, is there any way to achieve something like Google Map Rich Marker plugin

I want to be able to put my own HTML (in this case XML?) and my own styling to create a fully customized marker. I'm also searching for the same way to implement infobox/infoWindow for the marker as well.

@Firetrip no i did not. At the end i move to Ionic and I managed to get it done just like how we do it on the web
