Proposal - Enable GitHub Discussions for asking questions

Enabling GitHub Discussions would be nice to ask questions and be able to search for already asked questions.

I tried using Discogs but it's hard to keep track if you are not actively following it and not ideal for searching. That's why I started opening issues but I don't want to pollute your backlog.
