Update the Workflow Architecture overview to remove internal actor and other changes

With the v1.15 release, the concept of "internal" actors is no longer correct, these are normal actors with a type. See here https://docs.dapr.io/developing-applications/building-blocks/workflow/workflow-architecture/#internal-workflow-actors

Generally this section needs a review to update the alignment with the runtime.
