Update sendgrid binding docs to include ASM groups parameters

Need to update docs for sendgrid component based on this PR

Describe the solution you'd like

The PR mentioned above adds two new fields to the binding metadata and also allows for them to be overridden via binding request metadata. The overall spec should be updated to include the new fields and more info should be given on how to override fields at call time.

Where should the new material be placed?

The associated pull request from dapr/dapr, dapr/components-contrib, or other Dapr code repos
