What content needs to be created or modified?

Need to document the new component.deny array in the Dapr Configuration CRD.

Explain how it works, and also highlight the note about disabling secretstores.kubernetes and the non-impact on the built-in kubernetes secret store. See: https://github.com/dapr/dapr/pull/4946

Where should the new material be placed?

Either in https://docs.dapr.io/operations/configuration/configuration-overview/ or as a new page in that section. @dapr/maintainers-docs please advise
