CQRS examples

Describe the proposal

CQRS is a common microservices pattern. We should have a How To or even a complete sample showing how to implement query and write segregation using Dapr.

@yaron2 . I would be interested to try the example with CQRS on Dapr. Do you have any POC at your end that i could try?
